Manchester United captain, Harry Maguire received bomb threat

Harry Maguire, captain of the English Premiere League side, Manchester United have received several bomb threat to his home.

The threat was reported to Cheshire Police, who carried out a thorough check and conducted a sweep of the England international’s home.

Maguire who lives around Wilmslow area with his two young children and fiancé, Fern Hawkins is said to have received numerous bomb through the email threat.

His spokesman revealed the captain has been receiving a lot of serious threat to his family home in the last 24 hour.

He however said that the case has been reported to the police who are now looking into the matter. The safety of his family and those around him is obviously Harry’s number one priority he said.

He added that Maguire will continue to prepare for this weekend’s fixture as normal and we will not be commenting in any further detail at this time.

Cheshire Police in a statement On Wednesday said that they were called to an address in the Wilmslow area on reports of a bomb threat .

The police said that no evacuations has however taken place, but as a precautionary measure a police explosives dog has attended the address this afternoon, Thursday to conduct a search around the house and it environment.

The captain is however in a quagmire faced with serious criticism from supporters for his performances in the past football matches played by Manchester United.
