Real have Thibaut Courtois to thank following his heroics in goal. He brilliantly denied Sadio Mane in the first half and produced a stunning save to stop Mohamed Salah from scoring in the second half.
Carlo Ancelotti’s team secure an impressive double this season, having also won the La Liga title.
Their remarkable run includes victories over Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Manchester City and, of course, Liverpool.
It’s their 14th European title and they are seven clear of their nearest rivals AC Milan.
As for Liverpool, they settle for two trophies this season following their quadruple pursuit.
