EPL: Why we failed to beat Man Utd – Tuchel speaks after 1-1 draw

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has given reasons they failed to defeat Manchester United on Thursday night.

The Blues were held to a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.

Despite dominating the first half, Tuchel’s men only took the lead after the interval through Marcos Alonso.

However, Cristiano Ronaldo equalized for United a few minutes later.

Speaking after the match, Tuchel said: “We were very dominant, found the spaces. We could have taken advantage.

“I felt we missed something in the last 16 yards of the field to finish it off earlier.”
