In August, Brest Will Hold A Power Lifting Competition


On August 6, the rowing canal in Brest will host a powerlifting and power sports competition timed to Paratroopers’ Day, BelTA was informed by the local rowing Olympic reserve facility.

The best athletes from Belarus, Russia, and other nations are preparing to arrive in Brest. National records are anticipated to be broken at the competition. Strongmen will participate in a variety of disciplines, including the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

The registration process has already begun.

The competition is held as part of the national Health initiative with the theme “Healthy Youth – Strong Belarus.”
