NEWS FLASH: The APC Approves May 30/31 for Presidential Primaries

The All Progressives Congress (APC)’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has approved presidential primaries for May 30 and 31 ahead of the 2023 general elections.

Barr Feix Morka, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, revealed this at the end of a closed-door NEC meeting on Wednesday in Abuja.

Morka also announced that the date for governorship primaries has been set for May 18, and that the sale of expressions of interest and nomination papers will begin this Saturday.

Nomination forms will cost N100 million to presidential candidates.

Members who want to run in the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) presidential primary election must pay N100 million for nomination and expression of interest forms.

Those seeking the party’s ticket to run in governorship elections in their respective states must also pay N50 million for nomination and expression of interest forms.
